TWP sponsored mural for the indigenous people of Ft. Collins to represent their community. The Council Tree was a place of trade and commerce located near the mural with tribes in the area. The three buffalos were inspired from the herd located north of town in Soapstone Prairie Natural Area by the Wyoming border. The Herd is run by donations Laramie Foothills Bison Conservation Herd.
